1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including tags and labels.
- A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Items that have been damaged, altered, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: After we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is necessary for the return process.
Shipping Instructions: We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). Returns should be shipped to the following address:

Pack and Ship: Once you’ve received your RA number and return instructions, please carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it. Ensure the RA number is clearly written on the package.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund process will typically take 5-7 business days for credit/debit card payments and up to 10 business days for bank transfers.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in fulfilling your order.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. The return process and eligibility for a refund will apply as stated above.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged
- Custom or personalized items
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or exchange for defective or damaged goods at no extra cost to you. Please send clear pictures of the defect or damage along with your order number when contacting us.
7. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation of your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedure outlined above.

8. International Returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for any lost returns.
9. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:
